In the Scrum process, a Sprint is a time-boxed period, typically one month or less, during which a team works to create a usable and potentially releasable product increment. The Sprint starts with a planning meeting, where the team members identify the work they can complete during the upcoming Sprint. The Sprint ends with a review and retrospective meeting where the team reviews their work and identifies ways to improve for the next Sprint. A new Sprint starts immediately after the conclusion of the previous one.
