The Kirkpatrick Model can create accountability in training programs by providing a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of the training. It does this through four levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Reaction measures how the trainees reacted to the training. Learning measures what the trainees have learned. Behavior measures the change in the trainees' behavior due to the training. And Results measure the final results that occurred due to the trainees' behavior change. By evaluating these four levels, the Kirkpatrick Model ensures that the training program is accountable for delivering effective and impactful training.
