The McKinsey 7S framework can be used to facilitate change in an organization by providing a holistic view of the organization. It helps in identifying what needs to be realigned to improve performance or implement changes. The seven elements - Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared values, Style, Staff, and Skills - are interconnected, so a change in one element will affect the others. For example, a change in strategy may require a change in structure (who reports to whom) and systems (daily activities and procedures).
