The team action tracker layout can be modified to suit a team that operates on a monthly or quarterly cadence by adjusting the time frame accordingly. Instead of dividing tasks into 'this week' and 'next week', you could divide them into 'this month' and 'next month' or 'this quarter' and 'next quarter'. You can also adjust the granularity of the tasks depending on the team's needs. If more space is needed, you can delete the second table and add rows to the first table.
