The Focus-Energy Matrix is a strategic tool used in business to help prioritize tasks and manage energy levels. It consists of four quadrants: High Focus-High Energy, High Focus-Low Energy, Low Focus-High Energy, and Low Focus-Low Energy. Tasks are placed in the appropriate quadrant based on their importance (focus) and the energy required to complete them. This helps businesses identify which tasks should be prioritized and when they should be completed for optimal productivity. It can also help identify tasks that may be draining energy without providing sufficient return, which can then be eliminated or delegated.
