The purpose of the Fields tab in the Project Plan spreadsheet is to organize the essential fields according to what tabs reference them. It is where you define various parameters for different aspects of your project, such as priority and stages under Kanban, team members and their levels of interest and influence under Charter, levels of likelihood and severity under Risk, and levels of urgency, importance, impact, and effort under Triage. These definitions are then used in the respective matrices.
